 Mr
Kin-Kwong Li from Hong Kong is
the Founder of Scuba World (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. (SZSWC) and Hong Kong
Institute of Scuba
Training
Ltd. (HKIST), Mr Li earned his
Professional Registration in the UK, USA, Canada, China (PRC) and Hong Kong
since
1987. He has been involved in various Marine Engineering and Commercial Diving projects above and under the water in Hong Kong and China (PRC) for more than 40 years.
The
desire to train quality divers and promote diving related
education led to the formation of
Hong Kong Institute of Scuba
Training Ltd.
(HKIST)
and Scuba World Club (SWC)
in Hong Kong in 1990
and
Scuba World (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. (SZSWC)
in Shenzhen, China (PRC)
in
2004.
As a
Professional Engineer and Diving Instructor
for over
30 years, Mr Li
has trained and certified more than
4,000 students including 300 Professional Instructors. He will
continue to provide all
levels of training courses to enable you to become the best and
the most respectable
divers and dive leaders in the diving community.
With his sound experiences in marine engineering and commercial diving, Mr Li
has been
inviting as an
Expert Witness at the High Court in Hong Kong
to provide expert opinions
and advises on
marine, recreational and commercial diving accidents since
1998.

 Mr Li is also a Director of Kinetic Key Company Limited (KKCL) in Hong Kong, that
has been working
as a
Professional Contractor
for Marine Engineering
and Commercial Diving
for
over 40 years. Mr
Li received his in-house and overseas training in
construction
and maintenance of
ocean-going vessels,
Mitsubishi UE Engines,
BBC Turbo Chargers
and Woodward Hydraulic and
Electronic Governors during the employment as
Ship Repair Superintendent of
Hong Kong United Dockyards Ltd.,
Electrical and Mechanical Manager of BBC Brown Boveri
(now called ABB) and Manager of Hong Kong Divers Ltd. from
1969 to
1989. Mr Li is a
specialist in the maintenance of marine
diesel engines, exhaust gas turbo chargers and speed control
governors of Ocean-Going Vessels.
Kinetic Key Company Limited (KKCL) is currently an Exclusive Diving Contractor of the Hong Kong Government Dockyard and responsible for providing emergency underwater services to over

Marine Engineering works carried out include but not limited to the Supply and Installation of all sizes Mooring Systems, Marine Solar-lighted Warning Buoys, HDPE and Aluminum Floating Pontoons
with Gangways
and Pneumatic / Rubber / EVA Fenders
for Yacht Clubs, Wharf and Public Piers in Hong Kong and China (PRC).
 
KKCL established Production Lines and worked with
manufacturers in mainland China (PRC) to
provide full range of Mooring Components, such as Mooring Buoys, Mooring Chains, Swivels, Shackles and Concrete Sinkers etc., and develop the Non-metal Mooring Buoys
either made in
EVA-Polyurea and
thoroughly sprayed with Polyurea; or used Fiberglass Module filled with hard
Polyurethane (PU),
these
have
  been well accepted as
more reliable,
maintenance-free and
long-lasting Products for long term operation.
Currently, KKCL is working with
Boat Clubs and
Private
Boat Owners in Hong Kong for upgrading their existing
Steel
Mooring
Systems with the new designed EVA-Polyurea
Mooring Buoys. KKCL
